FLUKE FISHING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS 1.

License fee: $125.002.

Maximum age limit: 18 years3.

License may be renewed annually for $2,000, unless renewed for less than $2.00.14.

License holders must pay a $35 fee to renew a license if the license holder’s license was revoked prior to June 25, 2019.15.

Applicans must meet all other conditions as specified by the state, including driving ability, driving history, and a background check.16.

License renewals must be completed within 60 days of the expiration date.17.

Licensees must notify the state of any change in address, unless they choose to renew within 90 days of such change.18.

No new license may be issued for a period of six months following the date of the last issuance of the license.2.

If a licensee is found to have a violation that occurred prior to the issuance of their license, that licensee shall be required to undergo a competency evaluation and provide evidence of completion of appropriate programs to be issued a new license.3.

The license fee shall be prorated to the number of days a licensee has been in continuous possession of the same license and shall be paid monthly for the number, not the number days, of the period of continuous possession.4.

Upon expiration of a current license, a license may only be renewed for an additional three years from the date that the license was issued.5.

License fees for license holders of the following are not subject to annual renewal fees:1.(a) A person who is a minor who is at least 13 years old, is at risk of physical harm or death if found to be in physical danger from a dog, or is at significant risk of sexual assault or sexual exploitation.2.(b) A child under the age of 16 years, a member of the Armed Forces of the United States or a citizen of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico who has been declared a flight risk or is a member, member, or family member of a family with a flight or service member in the Armed Force of the US or of the Federal Government or the Armed Reserve System.3.(c) A citizen of a non-state jurisdiction or a resident of Puerto Rican territory who is the subject of an administrative action under chapter 2 of title 28, United States Code.4.(d) A member of an immediate family of a person under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.5.(e) A former police officer, a correctional officer, or a probation officer who has served more than 15 years in the armed forces.6.(f) A licensed driver or a driver’s peace officer licensed under Chapter 4 of title 42, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.7.(g) A retired law enforcement officer who is not under the control of the department of motor vehicles.8.(h) A veteran who is eligible for an unemployment benefit under title 38, United State Code.9.(i) A registered nurse who is certified as a registered nurse by the board of health.10.(j) A physician licensed under chapter 6 of title 38 or under chapter 7 of title 36, United
